Antennas

Doublet (2x 40m), 10m above ground-level, in use for 160 – 10m (February 2018)

Dual band yagi (DK7ZB design), 4 elements for 144 MHz and 5 elements for 430 MHz, primary used for local contacts (August 2008)

Dual band yagi (DK7ZB design), 4 elements for 144 MHz and 5 elements for 430 MHz, at this moment in use for 144 MHz only (March 2008)

FD4 OCF antenna (3.5 – 30 MHz) which is in the attic. At this moment, the FD4 is mainly used for diversity operations (‘dual path’ receiving capability, in my case in conjunction with the doublet (2x 40m) antenna and the IC-7610) and as a backup antenna. The FD4 is partly shaped like an Inverted-V, but because of its length (41.7 m), the major part is folded (away) along the long sides of the attic.
